I believe that if I have a gift, it is the ability to listen and understand, without judgement and with a degree of wisdom so, after many years of running a small business, I followed my heart and trained as a counsellor. We can all benefit from sharing, in confidence, anything that is troubling us and hindering our lives, gaining a new perspective and finding our own way forward through therapy. I know from personal experience what it is to feel overwhelmed and the difference counselling can make.

As an integrative therapist with a firm grounding in Person Centred theory, I will work with you at your pace and with what you bring; drawing from other modalities as appropriate and with your informed consent. Together we will explore what has brought you to counselling and how this issue might be resolved.
