Ana Ochoa de Eribe
I am a UK-based integrative psychotherapist working in private practice. I offer a relational, attachment-informed approach to therapy, supporting individuals, couples and clergy who may be experiencing difficulties including anxiety, emotional regulation, trauma, relationship conflict, compulsive patterns of behaviour, and life transitions.
My work is grounded in creating a safe, reflective and collaborative therapeutic relationship where clients can explore emotional experience, relational patterns and underlying attachment needs at a pace that feels manageable and respectful.
I work in an integrative and relational way, tailoring therapy to each client’s needs by drawing on a range of traditional and contemporary psychological approaches, including psychodynamic, attachment-based and cognitive frameworks.
I also have experience supporting individuals and couples affected by compulsive sexual behaviours and related relational difficulties. I approach this work with sensitivity, respect and clinical care, recognising the complexity of emotional, relational and behavioural patterns in this area.
I have a particular interest in faith-informed work, including supporting clergy, and I am comfortable exploring spiritual, existential and meaning-based dimensions of experience where this is important for the client.
I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and work within their ethical framework. I offer sessions both online and in person.
I offer therapy in both English and Spanish.
