My counselling approach is integrative, which means I provide therapy most suited to your needs.

I provide a safe, non judgemental, trustworthy ” space ” for you to explore and resolve the issues which prompted you to seek therapy, moving forwards in your life in a way most suitable to you.

I offer an initial session free of charge to ensure you would feel comfortable working with me, and to answer any questions or concerns you may have regarding therapy. I became a BACP Accredited Counsellor in 1998 and a Senior Accredited Counsellor in 2005, I also have 20 years experience of giving supervision and am a BACP Senior Accredited Supervisor, I provide supervision for both qualified and trainee therapists.

In addition to Private Practice I have been a Trustee, Supervisor and Counsellor within a Counselling Service and also a Hospice Counsellor.
