Hi, I’m Diane.   Do you need someone impartial to talk to or feel that no-one is listening to you?  Have you just lost someone or something that you love?  Are you depressed or worried about something or someone in particular?  Perhaps things have got on top of you and you don’t know which way to turn or feel totally inadequate?  I am a phone call away.

I work in the S7 and S17 area of Sheffield and I offer face-to-face counselling for adults, somewhere where you can speak freely to explore your feelings, discuss your worries and concerns and be heard and not judged or criticised in a safe environment.

I have been a counsellor and psychotherapist since 2005 working as a Psychoanalytical Psychotherapist specialising in long term issues.  I can adjust the way I work to short term counselling if it is appropriate and is requested at the initial session.

My Christian faith is an important part of my persona and I feel it enhances my empathetic feelings and I have an Advanced Diploma in Christian Counselling.  I am an accredited member of ACC (Association of Christian Counsellors) and I practice to the ACC standards and ethical framework.
