As a person centred counsellor, I offer counselling in a warm, safe environment, where your feelings, thoughts and emotions can be explored, within an empathic and a congruent manner. I work mainly within the areas of abuse, bereavement, suicide bereavement, anger management, work related issues, stress and emotional distress, PTSD and crisis counselling. I offer a counselling environment where your positive healing can take place. My specialisms are suicide bereavement and crisis counselling.
