You may have issues or concerns which feel intractable or very troubling. The counselling space and a safe non-judgemental relationship can help to navigate a way through your complex feelings and to work towards a new place of healing and liberation.
I work in a way which prioritises your experience and your values and beliefs. I am a Christian and whilst my church ‘home’ is Methodism, I am open and interested in working with you from whatever is your denominational or faith position. We may share fundamental beliefs and we may engage from different perspectives.
I offer short-term and long-term counselling. I have several years of professional and personal experience in mental health, stress, anxiety and depression. Please get in touch if you would like to discuss what you are looking for in counselling.
I offer face to face appointments in Coventry, or Zoom or phone sessions.
My fee is £45 per session and I can offer an initial shorter session without charge to discuss what you hope for and if we are suited to work together.
