I am an Accredited Counsellor and Psychotherapist with over 30 years’ experience, working in private practice and the NHS. I provide counselling for adult individuals, Catholic and Anglican clergy, and employees in private and public sector organisations. I also offer sessions for personal development, as part of human formation at St Mary’s Catholic Seminary.

I offer face to face and online sessions.

Our needs are important and complex, and our past experiences and relationships can affect the way we feel and think about current situations. I offer a safe and confidential environment, in which to understand your difficulties more fully, and work towards the changes or resolution that you need.

My practice has been enriched by working in different countries, cultures and organisations, so I also have an interest on the impact of multi-cultural and multi-lingual environments on our beliefs about ourselves, our identity and how we relate.

You may want to work through long-standing difficulties over a longer period of time, or attend sessions for a shorter period of time, to address more immediate concerns for which you are seeking resolution.
