I work with a wide range of issues such as: relational difficulties, anxiety, depression, bereavement, low self esteem, work-related problems,  as well as many other difficulties that may be impacting your quality of life and emotional wellbeing.

I can help you discover, identify and recognise familiar emotional patterns, that repeat themselves in everyday situation often in confusing or destructive ways.  Helping to gain insight and better understanding of self, bringing about positive change and healing.

Alongside my private practice I have worked in religious settings in the areas of Counselling, Formation and Human development.
