I have been working for over twenty five years in the field of educational and therapeutic work in voluntary and statutory sectors in Northern Ireland,  Scotland and England.  I have specialist experience in trauma, addictions and spiritual abuse.

I am chair of  British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy’s Spirituality division and engage in research on psychotherapy, spirituality and social justice.

I am an experienced group facilitator and Trainer.  I am a member of the Birmingham Forum of Spiritual Directors.
