I follow Multi -Dimensional Integrative Model of Counselling offering both counselling and psychotherapy.

I cover issues connected to Emotional issues- Trauma, Anger, Grief,Guilt.Shame, Abuse, Relationship, Child hood issues,  Behaviour issues, family issues, community problems….

I use both psychology and spirituality in facilitating the clients depending on the clients and their preference and belief.

All major theories of psychological counselling are covered: – Psycho dynamic, Psycho Analysis, Existential, Humanistic, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Person Centred Therapy, Logo Therapy, Family System Therapy, Transactional Analysis, Neuro Linguistic programmes, Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Grief Therapy, Inner Child Healing, VKD, Suicidal Interventions and so on.

Since I completed my Diploma in counselling in 2006, I have counselled over 1000 clients from all walk of life such as students in Schools, Colleges. Hospitals and in Counselling  Centres for Young People including Time To Talk, Reading. I have also counselled clients as couples, individuals, family, group, Religious and Priests both in India and in UK.
