I am an experienced Accredited National Counselling & Psychotherapy Society, Therapist  offering a friendly approachable, Supervision Counselling and Psychotherapy Service. I am a Christian. I have over 20 years of experience as a Counsellor/Psychotherapist including the NHS, Relate, Emergency Services, Occupational Health Departments, Employee Counselling Schemes, Education and Private clients. I work with individuals, Couples and Groups. My Training is in Psychodynamic Counselling, however I adopt an integrative approach to my Practice.

I offer assistance with a range of personal issues, including Relationship issues, Stress, Trauma, Workplace, Anxiety, Depression, Bereavement, Sexual issues, and many more concerns including spiritual issues. I am an experienced Couples Therapist.

My Supervision Services include Clinical Supervision for experienced and trainee therapists also consultative support to Professionals in Stressful Occupations. I can also offer Telephone or Video sessions by Arrangement. Please call or email for further details.
