Sharon Payne
Life can be one big struggle at times and feeling alone can have a big impact on our life. Feeling alone doesn’t mean that you have nobody around you, it just means that inside you feel you are alone. Deciding you need somebody to talk to can take time and courage and when you are experiencing difficulties in your life, admitting to yourself that you need to talk to someone or need some help with the difficulties you are facing can be hard.
My counselling approach is Person Centred Therapy. By having a person centred approach, this means I recognise and trust human potential, providing clients with empathy and unconditional positive regard to help facilitate change. I offer support, guidance, and structure so that the client can discover personalised solutions within themselves. I work on a one to one basis and I can offer short term or long term counselling depending on your own personal needs.
I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy.
My availability for counselling is flexible and can be discussed once contact has been made.
