I am a Catholic Nun belonging to Missionary Sisters of Divine Providence. I am a Person-Centred Counsellor. Person-Centred Counselling, is a humanistic approach that deals with the ways in which individuals perceive themselves consciously, rather than how a Counsellor can interpret their unconscious thoughts or ideas. So, my passion is to assist individuals resolve their concerns by themselves through therapy sessions. Always remember, it is all about ‘you’ not the Counsellor. You are the ‘pilot’ in this Airbus called Counselling/Talking Therapy.

Level 3: Certificate in Counselling Studies

Level 4: Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling

Currently, I am doing my Master’s in Contemporary Relationship Studies. Lastly, I am a member of British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
