I offer a dedicated depth psychotherapy practice for individuals navigating profound psychological crisis, structural trauma, or existential disorientation. With over two decades of clinical experience, my work provides a steady, boundaried, and compassionate container capable of bearing complex inner states and supporting the development of self-knowledge and psychological maturity.

Specialised Clinical Focus:

• Complex Trauma & Relational Dynamics: CPTSD, developmental neglect, childhood abuse, early institutionalisation (inc. boarding school), religious/spiritual trauma, family estrangement, and identity fragmentation.
• Adult Neurodivergence & High Sensitivity: Non-deficit-based depth psychotherapy for Autism Spectrum Conditions (including profiles formerly termed Asperger’s) and high perceptual sensitivity—attending to chronic environmental misalignment and exhaustion.
• Parenthood, Lineage & Family Stewardship: Supporting individuals navigating the quiet, heavy responsibilities of stewarding family life, intergenerational trauma, and raising children amidst fragmented communities. (Individual therapy only).
• Existential Disorientation, Life & Vocational Transitions: Chronic depression, the collapse of vocational identity, mid-life transitions, anxiety rooted in historic trauma, and the profound loss of meaning. This includes specialised depth work for priests, clergy, and those contending with the heavy systemic and spiritual strains of ecclesiastical leadership.
